Xytex Corporation is pleased to announce the arrival of ART vials!
Available at a lower price and from many of our regular donors, ART vials are prepared for assisted reproductive procedures such as IVF or ICSI, which require fewer motile cells per sperm sample. Xytex guarantees at least 15 million per milliliter in each ART sample (compared with 30 million per milliliter for IUI and ICI samples). The volume of the ART vials will be .5mL, the same as all other Xytex samples.
The intended use of these specimens is for ART procedures. However, if you’re planning to undergo intrauterine insemination (IUI) or intracervical insemination (ICI), and there are only ART vials available for the donor of your choice, you do have the option of purchasing two ART vials for your physician to combine and wash (if necessary) prior to your insemination. You will want to first discuss this option with your physician.
