Augusta, GA – Xytex International has named Charlie Walker its Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In his newly created position, Walker will be responsible for continued growth of the company by managing the overall direction of all sales and marketing activities for Xytex Cord Blood Bank, Xytex Corporation and Xytex Tissue Storage, including the development of a nationwide sales force.
Walker has nearly 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing. Previously, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for North Augusta Riverfront Company and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Modern Business Systems. He spent a decade working in medical sales and sales management at Osbon Medical Systems.
An Augusta native, Walker has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Georgia.
