Augusta, GA – Melissa Jacobs was recently promoted to accounting manager for Xytex International.
Jacobs joined Xytex International in October 2007 as staff accountant. She is responsible for completing various accounting functions related to posting and reviewing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts and subsidiary ledgers, assisting with budget preparation and preparing financial statements.
Previously, Jacobs was the assistant controller for Neff Rental, Inc.’s Atlantic region and the office manager and accountant for PHC Weight Loss & Wellness Centers and BNJ, Inc. She has more than 17 years’ accounting experience.
