Augusta, GA – Ronda Drake has been promoted to Client Relations Specialist Supervisor at Xytex International.
Drake is responsible for overseeing front office operations, reception and client relations; handling customer and quality concerns; and managing various financial functions related to billing and collections.
Since October 2005, Drake has been an Accounts Receivable and Client Relations Specialist at Xytex International. Prior to joining Xytex, she was a front office supervisor at the Radisson Riverfront Hotel (now the Marriott Hotel & Suites). She also holds a degree in business management with a focus in accounting from Corning Community College, Corning, NY.
